My name is Samah. I’m a mother of 3 busy and so energetic boys.
Being middle eastern, grew up and raised savouring the bounteous and zesty meals, I like to pamper my little adored family with our healthy, authentic, so rich, and diverse middle eastern cuisine.

Here in my very own, tiny space, I’m delighted to share with you flavors of the traditional along with innovative middle eastern meals.
You can explore both the variety and simplicity of the arab cooking, the heritage of generosity centered around the tables in all levant countries.
Since I married and moved to live in USA in 2000, I enjoy trying many recipes from different cuisines. Cooking became my hobby that I obsessed with many cooking experiences along with the other americans from many countries.
From my believes, Cooking is a learning process, I mean it’s considered a bonus if you have a sense in loving food and if you know how to love eating food.
